Hannah's positive outlook, aptitude and active participation in
her wider community, combine to propel this hard-working individual
forward in her education. Her academic fervour at Queen's High
School resulted in being awarded Queen's High School prize for
Academic Excellence in 2008. As well as coming top in Physics,
Statistics and Biology in 2010, Hannah passed Level 3 NCEA with an
outstanding Excellence endorsement.
At the point of receiving a First Foundation Scholarship, Hannah
said "this wonderful opportunity will provide me support and work
skills I need to equip me with the knowledge and ability to save
lives."
Hannah's academic ability holds her in firm stead to follow her
dream of becoming a Doctor. She is currently studying a Bachelors
of Science at The University of Otago as a first step. She has a
vision to provide medical assistance in developing countries.
