At school Dandan showed herself to be a competent and diligent
student. Sue Leslie, Careers Advisor at the time, said of Dandan
that "her eloquent communication skills, reliability and positive
outlook ensure that she is an effective team member and an
assertive and successful leader." Dandan involved herself in
many curricular and extracurricular activities ranging from
Environmental committees to Table Tennis.
Dandan made a great start at Warehouse Stationery and throughout
her time there developed skills in a wide variety of tasks. Of
particular value to her was the development of transferable
communication skills which she was then encouraged to draw on in
each of her changing roles.
Dandan is still studying at The University of Auckland where she is
completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science.
