Anita is a confident young woman who is constantly striving for
excellence. Through a range of activities she engages fully with
people, the community around her and life itself yet remains
dedicated to excelling in her studies. In her Yr 11, Anita received
Academic Excellence awards for each of her 6 subjects and a 100%
Excellence grade point average in NCEA Level 1. Such
outstanding achievements lead to being recipient of the Girls'
Merit Cup for Excellence in 2010.
Anita clearly impressed senior team members at Veda Advantage.
Daniel de Vries, from Veda commented in regards to their
scholarship selection: "We were impressed by Anita's passion for
her studies, her ambitions, her focus, her communication skills and
we felt that we could work well with her. Let's face it - a 4
year employment relationship can be longer than we have with a
permanent employee - so we had to be sure she would fit in well
with our company culture."
At university, Anita intends on studying conjoint degrees in Law
and Commerce in order to become either an Accountant or
Lawyer. She hopes to study at The University of Auckland.
